John Francis / Director

A visual storyteller with a need for speed! Over 20 years of film experience, including 100+ projects and a stint as a producer at Ogilvy and Footcandles, led him to found Carbon Black Films. When he's not wielding his director's hat, John is on his superbike curating epic motorcycle adventures with Goodwind Moto Tours.

Prashant Bhagia / Director

Prashant is a directing whirlwind! From films like "Rumi Ki Sharafat" to "Badtameez Dil," he juggles features, web shows (like "Jamna Paar"), and countless ads, all while keeping audiences buzzing.

Vikalp Chhabra / Director

This Rajasthan-born director, brings everyday life to the screen with over 8 years and 90+ ads under his belt. His love for realism shines through, thanks to his keen eye and love for conversation.

Sweta N Kutty / Director

Sweta started as a trainee 18 years ago and became an associate director on films like "Piku." Now, she's an independent director, crafting commercials for brands like Axis Bank and Daawat Rice.

Manav Malhotra / Director

Manav is all about stories. He loves listening to them, creating them, and telling them, and believes film is the perfect medium to do just that. Having worked under the likes of Ayappa and Abhinav Pratiman for over 8 years at Early Man Film, Manav has honed his skills in performance and comedy.
